New Hours & Rates Starting March 1, 2015

After a long and difficult evaluation of our pricing system and how it  can work effectively with our new computer software, as well as being able to continue providing the best possible level of care for our guests, our pricing structure and office hours will be changing effective March 1, 2015.  FPK will be charging a NIGHTLY RATE for all guests staying with us. 

You will find the new pricing structure for a pet's stay at FPK is similar to the way you would pay when staying at a hotel/resort including a late check out fee.  In addition, we will continue offering multi-pet discount for pet's sharing the same run but it will be offered as a percentage discount instead of the current flat rate fee.  

 

THE NEW PRICING FEE STRUCTURE:

Dogs Standard Runs/Doggie Dens
$25.00 per night first dog
40% discount for all dogs sharing the same run/den
Dogs must be picked up by 11 a.m.
Dogs not picked up by 11 a.m. will be charged a $5.00 per pet late check out fee
Late check out fee waived for dogs scheduled for bath/groom

Dogs Deluxe Suites
$35.00 per night first dog
40% discount for all dogs sharing the same suite.  2 dog minimum.

Dogs must be picked up by 11 a.m.
Dogs not picked up by 11 a.m. will be charged a $5.00 per pet late check out fee
Late check out fee waived for dogs scheduled for bath/groom

Cats
$17.00 per night first cat
40% discount for all cats sharing the same condo
Cats must be picked up by 11 a.m.
Cats not picked up by 11 a.m. will be charged a $5.00 per cat late check out fee

Families with 4 pets or more will receive an additional 10% off boarding services.

All reservations scheduled to arrive before March 1, 2015 will be charged the current daily rates. 

Long term boarders
We hope to continue to care for your pets during your longer trips and will be offering an additional 10% discount to guests staying 11 nights or more. 

 

NEW EXPANDED OFFICE HOURS:

In an effort to better serve our clients, we will also be expanding our office hours.  These time changes will take effect with the new pricing structure on March 1, 2015.  

Below are the new office hours:
Monday - Friday               8 a.m.  - 12 p.m.                2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Closed between 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. for lodgers naptime

Saturday                              8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
No afternoon office hours on Saturday

Sunday                                 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
No morning office hours on Sunday

 

CANINE PLAYSCHOOL:

We are excited to be offering a winter time Canine Playschool on Tuesdays and Thursdays between January 6  - March 12, 2015.  This is a great opportunity for your pet to interact with other canine friends in a positive educational environment.  Lauren and Ann attended a Chicago training last year hosted by experts in the dog daycare field.  They are strongly encouraging businesses to implement a more structured concept which promotes a happy and healthier environment for canines.

From their teaching and our experiences we developed Canine Playschool where dogs are separated into smaller playgroups to provide more staff interaction with each pet.  There is free play throughout the day but canines are also rotated into rest times to avoid overstimulation.   Daily group training is conducted reinforcing positive behavior (such as sitting, stay, etc.) and structured games/activities are scheduled on a regular basis.   Canine Playschool is a positive, educational, interactive, social experience for your dog.

This introductory, winter playschool is being offered at a special rate of  $18.00 per day or $12.00 per day for boarding guests.  Reservations are now being accepted.  We are hoping to eventually offer this service year around and looking forward to providing the community with this new, innovative approach to Canine Playschool.

 

NEW LIABILITY AGREEMENT

We have updated our boarding agreement to reflect the updates and gather better information about you and your pets.  To expedite check in for any future appointments, please follow these links to update your account with us.

In addition to our new agreements we are requesting to have all pet's vaccination records on file at least 10 days prior to their reservation to avoid any complications during check-in. You or your vet can fax (317-351-0512) or email (fivepointskennelsinc@gmail.com) these records to us anytime.  We are also launching a new website in the coming weeks that will feature a vaccination upload link within the reservation form for an additional convenient option.
