As you are well aware, the ever-evolving public health situation is keeping us all on our toes. Just as we finalized new guidelines here at FPK, we were immediately in need of additional, drastic changes.
Please take note of these important changes in our schedule and office hours for the immediate future (as of now until April 7th.)
Tuesday & Friday: 7am-10am & 3pm-6pm (open for Playschool & grooming drop offs & pick ups)
Saturday/Sunday: pickups by appointment only
Grooming: Tuesdays/Fridays: Bath availability only. Additionally, nail trims are offered during office hours only.
Playschool: Full day Playschool on Tuesdays/Fridays only. Although we have shortened lobby hours, our staff is committed to maintaining normalcy for our canine friends. Playschool will operate the same as it always does (and we can't wait to burn off that quarantine energy with your pups!)
Boarding: Boarding pets will maintain their normal boarding schedule while receiving top-notch care from our staff. Due to our decreased office hours, the FPK office team will be calling to set up drop off or pick up appointments with you prior to your reservation.
Our office will be closed on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday unless an appointment has been made to drop off or pick up your pet from boarding.
Our office and lobby will operate under new, restricted hours until at least April 7. We will update with any changes as quickly as possible.
On days our office is closed, we will be checking voicemails and emails at least once per day, but please allow 24 hours for a response from our team. We greatly appreciate your patience!
Upon dropping off or picking up your pet, we continue to offer curbside service where our staff will greet your pet and escort them inside the building, sparing you any possible exposure in our lobby. We can easily facilitate prepayment and electronic payment to help mitigate any unnecessary exposure to others.
While we understand that these changes will have an impact on your own schedule, we can't emphasize enough how much your support means to us. The vast majority of our interactions with our amazing clients have been beyond positive, and that truly makes a difference to us.
